Residential
250 homes, one standard.
Full-service interior design for homeowners along the South Orange County coast — from whole-home renovations to considered, room-by-room furnishing.
The Coastal Practice
Homes that hold the light of the coast.
For a decade, Leslie Summerlin has designed for the particular rhythm of coastal Southern California living — homes where the line between indoors and out is nearly erased, where natural light is the most considered material, and where every surface is meant to be lived on.
The studio’s work spans whole-house renovations, new-build interiors, and furnishing programs — each managed end to end, with procurement handled in-house so the design you approve is the design that arrives.

The Approach
Considered spaces, materially rich, built to be lived in.
Each project begins with a conversation in your home and ends with the final piece installed — nothing handed off, nothing lost in translation.
